I had high expectations based on my initial interaction and was assured that the issues with my car were covered under an extended warranty, specifically the gas gauge problem. However, the subsequent expe and was assured that the issues with my car were covered under an extended warranty, specifically the gas gauge problem. However, the subsequent experience I had when I brought in my car for repair multiple times was far from satisfactory. During my second visit, I was informed that the gas gauge issue was not covered by the warranty, which contradicted the information provided to me initially. This miscommunication caused frustration and confusion, as I had relied on the previous assurance when scheduling the appointment. Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that the required part would take more than ten days to arrive and then longer to get it fixed. This extended waiting period would have inconvenienced me greatly, as I rely heavily on my vehicle for daily commuting. Moreover, I was astounded to find out that I would be charged $40 or more per day for a rental car during this time. The unexpected expenses associated with the rental would have added a significant financial burden to an already inconvenient situation. Due to the aforementioned issues, I decided to take my car to a Lexus dealership for the necessary repairs. I would like to highlight the stark contrast in the service experience I received at Lexus. The communication was thorough and transparent, and they not only provided me with a free loaner car but also managed to complete the repairs in half the time initially quoted by your dealership. Austin was very professional and explain everything. Wait was 2 1/2 hrs but I was having the 30,000 miles inspection so I knew it would take longer. Lounge was very comfortable almost feel asleep.
