Been coming here for over 10 years Unfortunately, my relationship ends here. Todd and Zach are bad for the Toyota brand. It's a shame that the people who are supposed to be the head of service are the cause for this dealership not only losing a service customer but a new car sales customer as well. I hope the owner of this shop gets it and is more selective in who they choose to manage and interact with customers. More

I just retired from the military after 27 yea This is my 5th Toyota (four 4Runners and one Tundra) and I always do my maintenance at a Toyota dealer. I just retired from the military after 27 years so I have used different Toyota dealers all over the country. This is the first dealership that hasn't offered me a military discount. That's the only reason I can't give a five star rating. The work is great and the customer service from JC are great, but I'm not sure why they would be the only dealership not offering it. I will be back, but it's just unfortunate. More
