JC consistently provides excellent service for our Sienna. He's hilarious, friendly, and does his job extremely well. Those things actually just add time and cost. Time is my most valuable asset, and I'm here to get my car serviced, and I can get those other things elsewhere. I have had really great experiences in the past and the time before this visit was much better than before and back to the way it was. Now with this service, none of those problems were mentioned again or even asked about.
