Horrible Service Last week my wife scheduled and brought Horrible Service Last week my wife scheduled and brought our 2013 Toyota highlander in for it’s first 5000 mile check up. From my experience with pu Horrible Service Last week my wife scheduled and brought our 2013 Toyota highlander in for it’s first 5000 mile check up. From my experience with purchasing my Highlander I had no doubts that my car would be in the right hands with Cobb County Toyota, I was sadly mistaken. My wife who is 8 months pregnant brought in our car, her service writer on this visit was Zach Claybrooks. My wife informed Mr. Claybrooks that she only wanted an ASE certified mechanic to work on our car. ASE stands for Automotive Service Excellence, people with these certifications are highly trained and can be trusted with their knowledge and integrity to do the job right. After servicing our Highlander I spoke with Mr. Claybrooks on the phone and asked him to make sure during the process of rotating my tires that nothing was scratched or damaged since my wife couldn’t bend over to inspect herself. I was told that everything went well and to bring the car in again for it’s 10,000 mile service. Once I arrived home from work later that day I noticed getting out of my car that one of my wheels were scratched, this was very obvious. When I started looking further All of my wheels were damaged badly and looked like someone blatantly did the damage. It looked like a “Nascar” pit crew had put my wheels on. Not only were my all of my wheels scratched and damaged, but there was also grease on the door and floor mat. I brought my car in the next day and spoke with Mr. Claybrooks about the damage. Jimmy Smith who is the assistant service manager informed me to drive the car in for inspection. Once inside they evaluated the obvious damage to my Highlander. Mr. Smith informed me that I would have to come back and speak with Dennis Zullo to approve replacing my wheels. Mr. Smith was not “ Customer friendly” and was very rude and disrespectful to me. I asked Mr. Smith to document the damage so I had it on paper when I returned, I was told “I can’t do that.” When asked again Mr. Smith seemed like I was more of a nuisance than a customer and begun writing down on the back of a business card about my visit, not at all professional. Finally Zach Helped with writing an invoice to show I was “ In the service department” and printed an invoice for me to return. Today I called and contacted Dennis Zullo “ Service manager” to properly assess this situation and get this resolved. Mr. Zullo’s only option was for me to set up an appt. with a wheel doctor to look at and fix my wheels. I informed Mr. Zullo that this to me was not an acceptable way to repair my wheels and that I wanted them to be replaced. Once again I was met with a negative attitude and complete disrespect about my situation. I informed Mr. Zullo that I dind’t want someone to sand and paint my wheels to fix them which in turn ruins the integrity and balance of my wheels, but he insisted that was all he could do to help me. On Cobb County Toyota’s service web site it states,” We have an outstanding reputation in customer satisfaction as an 18 time Toyota President’s Award Recipient. This prestigious award is only offered to dealers that maintain the highest levels of customer service.” As it stands I wouldn’t bring my car to have any service performed at this location because of the bad Customer Service and damage of my $40,000 vehicle. Mr. Zullo did contact me back and informed me that after thinking about this situation he wanted to go ahead with sending me new wheels for my vehicle. He also explained that no ASE certified technician touched my car and that the protective sockets used to do wheel rotations were all broken. For such high qualifications and awards you would think the customer would be taking care of and technicians supplied with the right tools to work on these vehicles. I had to take off two days of work and talk to 3 different people before finally getting this resolved, not to mention having to get my car detailed to remove grease. Even though the problem is fixed I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever have service done at Cobb County Toyota. Sincerely James Miller More

Really liked sales person Grant. Took my older brother to get a new car. We went to 3 other dealers and did not like any of them. At one ford dealer my brother decided to purchase a ford because of price but get a new car. We went to 3 other dealers and did not like any of them. At one ford dealer my brother decided to purchase a ford because of price but really dis- liked the finance dept. I tricked the finance dude into thinking it would take another day for credit union finance so I could get my brother to toyota dealer which is a better car. The L was really the only one he could afford. I called ahead and told grant that my brother did not like the process and was very pleased with the way Grant handled us. While the finance dept. Is no fun they did match his credit union so we let them have his bussiness. Over all I really liked the dealer. But please be smart when buying. Take time to check out different dealer sights and sights like truecar and consumer reports. And always remember to put your smart phone on airplane mode and turn the recorder on. Why, because buying a car is hard, you will talk about different models, trade-in, and financing. This way u can go back and listen to what the sales person said to clear up any questions. And the way the dealer shows you the numbers is ment to confuse you. So you need to ask them what the car will cost alone. They will try to tell you what the drive out price is. Tell them they need to give you a break down of what each item cost! I think that this is one of the good dealers as long as you have done your home work. Good luck! More

From the sales team to the financial guy that we dealt with everyone was extremely helpful. It was not a long drawn out experience which is usually the worst part of buying a vehicle. They were efficient in everything that had to be handled. I was also shown different features in my new car. Merrick also programmed my blue tooth and took the time to answer any and all questions that I threw at him. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car new or used. Truly AWESOME!!! Jonah Amlett was great to work with. We'd spoken with him over the phone and he had stayed in touch, keeping us informed of the arrival of a new 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited. When we went to the with him over the phone and he had stayed in touch, keeping us informed of the arrival of a new 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited. When we went to the dealership, he had the vehicle out front and warmed up (it was a very cold day!). He was very helpful and informative, and at no time of the process did we feel pressured or uncertain of the purchase experience. The appraisal of our trade-in was done in a very timely manner and we were offered a very fair price. When time came for our information to be turned over to the "the finance guy", we mentioned to Jonah in previous car buying experiences, we'd been left to sit for unreasonable amounts of time, waiting on that process. He did not let that happen this time. Our purchase information was turned over to Jason Wade, and the financing process was handled very efficiently and quickly. Jason thoroughly explained several finance options, and provided helpful information regarding each of them. Through the years, we've purchased several vehicles through Cobb County Toyota, with good success. Other than driving off in a new vehicle, the process of purchasing a new vehicle is usually not at the top of anyone's list. Jonah and Jason made this a pleasant experience and we left feeling great about the new Highlander and the purchase experience. We would highly recommend both of them and Cobb County Toyota dealership. More
