My appointment was at 8:40 am. I called at 1 pm and the diagnosis wasn’t complete. Received a call 30 minutes later saying I needed new brake pads. I approved the repair, but I I called at 1 pm and the diagnosis wasn’t complete. Received a call 30 minutes later saying I needed new brake pads. I approved the repair, but I was told the repairs wouldn’t be complete until the following day. I asked about a loaner car and I was told I could rent a car. This wasn’t what I expected to hear after my car had been with your service department all day. So, I will have to come back another day. B More
