Haven't shopped for a new vehicle in quite a few years but the process working with Mike Stallings which was done about 90% via email was great. It was good prompt service, however when I first arrived, and you were not crowded at all, a service advisor bit my head off because I was 3 steps away from my truck...at the service desk. He is at the desk beside Costas. I understand Rob Warren is no longer there, but he did a lousy job of explaining the features of the truck when I bought it. I am still learning a year and a half later. He was anxious to get to another customer. More
