Today Dade went above and beyond duties as a Sales Rep. I purchased a 2024 Kona approximately 2 months ago. Life has been moving along quickly and I hadn't really paid attention that my car didn't have a c I purchased a 2024 Kona approximately 2 months ago. Life has been moving along quickly and I hadn't really paid attention that my car didn't have a cargo cover, meaning anyone could see inside my trunk. I had been searching for weeks and to no avail no one had one for this year car. I finally got fed up and called Corporate to see why they would make a car without a cover. They tell me that it should have one so they opened a case for me to get this resolved. They also told me to call dealership which I called Dade. He further checked it out but said that it didn't come with one but he would find me one. Within 30 minutes I had my cover and was on my way. Thanks Dade for looking out for me and making more comfortable with my purchase. Renita M More

The car is running fine. They did a very nice job fixing it. Not happy with the bill. We had a warranty and paid extra for the additional warranty. I find that hard to believe since we have only had the car for five years and we only use it six months out of the year. there is only 13,000 miles on the car. they said there was a clean cut on a line underneath the car near the wheel. We feel it this should not have been exposed. We have no idea how this could have gotten cut. We had to pay for the parts and the labor and they charge us an extra $170 to pick up our car so that we could use it. As they had no loaner available at the time and we could not be without a car for one week. not happy at all with this outcome. More

The worst dealer the third time I was there. Screwed up tire rotation they forgotten to turn back oil change indicate. Also didn't use my oil supplement which I supplied Had to wait 4hrs. I spent 1500 dollars in total and each time I went, they said my check engine light would be fixed and would turn off.
