It took 3 hours for an oil change and “complimentary car wash” I’m not sure my car was actually washed because there was still dirt and bird poop on it. I’m also upset because when I bought my car it had a floor mats and a cargo cover and after being washed when I bought it neither were put in my car. Nobody seems to be able to help me or care to help. The service office area is a bit awkward as there really isn’t anywhere to stand if other people are there bc it’s so narrow. Maybe that’s just me. It wasn’t a horrible experience just wasn’t super great either. Nobody has any customer service very dry. More

The finance department takes to long to get you to just sign some papers one guy took over 1 hour and half to get people out.
