The finance department takes to long to get you to just sign some papers one guy took over 1 hour and half to get people out. We have to wait 2 hours just to sign papers which is ridiculous. More

Picked up my car on Wednesday, 23 October. Broke down on me five or six times on my way home which is only 15 miles. I AAA Service wrecker driver, replace the fuse for the brake light switch, car was working as it should for about five days. Just today it broke down on me three times. With the same error.

Sorry to hear that you are having ongoing issues. The electrical concerns that your vehicle had been having were traced to the faulty brake pedal and a bad battery. The brake pedal was activating your brake light which was in turn continually draining the battery causing battery degradation. We also recommended battery replacement, but that service was declined. If you wish to have this repair completed to match our diagnosis, please reach out to us directly and we would be happy to get that scheduled.

My battery doesn’t seem to be the problem. Brake light switch fuse is shutting down the car while driving down the road. I expect this to be covered under warranty to repair.

My battery was just fine. After numerous malfunctions, I went to a local repair shop and they responded by replacing the brake light switch. This repair was done and the car is running great now. Your diagnosis was faulty and I don’t believe I’ll be dealing with Hyundai again. Thank you.
