The salesman was pushy, but was ultimately able to get me what I wanted. My experience with the finance manager was pleasant and he was able to lower my interest rate significantly.
The sales team & manager went above and beyond to help me achieve a satisfactory deal Note: the On-Line portal is NOT an effective tool during the process. Sales staff had no knowledge that I had completed all tasks online
I feel that making an appointment makes no difference. The wait was to long to get my car serviced.
