From the very start, there was zero pressure, and the dealership made us feel very comfortable. Brandon was incredibly accommodating during the test drive, and he answered all our questions with patience and honesty. We did visit a few other dealerships, but none of them could match Big Star's pricing or the genuine, no-pressure approach we received from Brandon. The entire process was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the deal we got and the level of service provided. The Arin was very rude and disrespectful she was not transparent in dealing with me. She was more of interested in what commission she will get from the sale of the car. I felt cheated and was rush to transparent in dealing with me. She was more of interested in what commission she will get from the sale of the car. I felt cheated and was rush to buy something l greatly regretted. My social security number was exposed at her desk with people walking by who could have seen it. When l requested to speak to one of the manager about my displeasure with the sales person the manager was also very rude and shouted at me not to come near their door. More
