Damaged paint looks like spider webbs because of the micro fiber rag they used to dry my car. Called the service rider and service manager several times all day messages left with no response. I had no idea that it would take 7 hours to do an oil change. I was stuck at home & I didn’t get any updates on what was taking so long. I called at 2pm (after 4 hours) & found out that they hadn’t even change. I was stuck at home & I didn’t get any updates on what was taking so long.
