Although I live in Delaware, and have a BMW Dealer close, I opted to tow my BMW to OTTO’s after I wasn’t happy with the Delaware Service desk. I was wow’ed by OTTO’s. From the valet taking my car from the t I opted to tow my BMW to OTTO’s after I wasn’t happy with the Delaware Service desk. I was wow’ed by OTTO’s. From the valet taking my car from the tow before I arrived, the service of the girl doing my intake, the loaner car I needed and fell in love with, the text updates, professionalism of Kevin Pinkerton, and ability to pay right on my phone, you have Customers for life. As usual, Ralph was a please to work with. About a week or two after picking up my new BMW, I received an email from Raheem inviting me to come back to Otto's for a visit with him to resolve any questions I had with my new car. I took advantage of the offer and spent an hour this week with Raheem this week going over every gizmo and gadget that I now had. It was a wonder experience. Raheem was so knowledgeable and informative about my new car. I had 5 pages of questions written down and he easily answered each question I had. Great experience all around at Otto's. Thank you. Despite the 30 minut I live in Hockessin, Delaware and have been a customer of Otto's since 1984. My wife and I have owned over 30 BMW's (all models). Despite the 30 minute drive to the dealership, I always go to Otto's for service and for sales. The service department is outstanding. It is headed by Chris Clayton who is knowledgeable and customer focused. The repairs are always done according to BMW specifications. I always get a BMW loaner car during service. I never experienced an issue with service for during all my time as a customer. Frank Adinolfi is my service advisor. Bill Cosenza is my service advisor when Frank is out of the office. Great job done by both. The sales department is staffed with excellent sales personnel either for used or new cars. Over the years, have purchased special order new, european delivery at the factory in Germany, in stock new, and certified pre owned. Recently, I worked with Ian Martin and Wilmer Rodriguez for the purchase of a BMW X5. The entire experience was pleasant and my X5 delivery went without any issues. Ian and Wilmer are true sales professionals. You can tell that I am very loyal to Otto's BMW because they have earned my loyalty over the years. I recommend this dealership to anyone considering a purchase or needing expert service. You would be pleased with your experience and would not be disappointed. More
Top notch service and knowledgeable courteous staff I have purchased four cars from Otto's and have had a good experience with each even though one had to be returned to the factory as defective. The tech genius Raheem helped me set up the Bluetooth and found the charger had problem. He is very helpful and patient to answer my questions. I was very grateful to meet Raheem.
