The tech genius Raheem helped me set up the Bluetooth and found the charger had problem. He is very helpful and patient to answer my questions. I was very grateful to meet Raheem. Raheem Barnett was great in his service and assistance I called Otto's last evening while driving since my turn signals were not working as they should have been. Raheem answered the phone and I was very I called Otto's last evening while driving since my turn signals were not working as they should have been. Raheem answered the phone and I was very happy because it was after 6 pm and I was not sure anyone would answer. He then spent the next 15 minutes meticulously going through what I should do and to fix the signals and it worked!!! He is a gentleman and a BMW scholar. I am very thankful for the help and this is why I buy from and send friends to BMW to buy. As a matter of fact I sent a colleague to OTTOS BMW two days ago and he bought a great car too. I learned quite a bit from him 3 years ago with my first experience with IDrive. This go around focused on the newer technology associated with my 530e. Brian has a great way of understanding what you know already and then extending that knowledge such that you can take full advantage of the available technology. The hour plus flew by and proved that even us “older folks” can learn a few new things everyday! More

All my concerns were resolved and even more, the service team found another safety issue with my vehicle and fixed it, with Joe’s direct involvement and supervision. Otto’s BMW has renewed their facility which is very convenient for customers who decide to wait while their caris being serviced. There are tables or sitting areas available with free Wi-Fi, coffee, water and snacks. Staff is very knowledgeable and respectful. If you don’t want to wait, a loaner BMW is always available for you to use. Great place to service your BMW or Mini! More
