Thank you for taking the time to correspond with us. The BMW maintenance plan will cover replacement of brake pads and rotors when worn to replacement specifications. Unfortunately your pads and rotors are not worn to replacement level. You front pads measure 9/32 front and 8/32 rear. Rotors cannot be replaced due to rust as a result of infrequent use. Please let me know if I can provide any additional detail for you. Your satisfaction is important to us."

2 years later Otto's BMW service work has failed. The rear door vapor barrier is gone bad again. Beth told me on the phone that I am out of warranty! That much about fixing problems based on factory standards. 2 years the charm. I am very disappointed with BMW, their service and luck of quality. Shame on you BMW. I am not coming back. Thanks for nothing!
