March 17th 2023, I have been made whole complaint stemming from a service of my car at the Ott's BMW in West Chester Pa, on February the 18th 2023. March 17th 2023, I have been made whole. J the service MGR did indeed step up and lead from a point of integrity. J did reimburse me for my damaged rims. I hope the owner views J as a key member of the problem solving team. The art of conflict resolution is a major asset to any company. it would seem as though Ott's service department is in capable hands. Thanks J. Most of the reviews I read on Otto's are good, this one not so much... attached are pictures of my rims this is the damage that happen while my car was being serviced ( alignment, tire balance and rotati not so much... attached are pictures of my rims this is the damage that happen while my car was being serviced ( alignment, tire balance and rotation)on February the 18th 2023. I could Summitt a lengthy review here however to much took place in a short period of time to explain and still be fair to the service writer dealership and myself. 5 days after the damage happen, the service writer finally had HALF of a acceptable solution that would not be implemented untill March. I was able on my own at my expense $300.00 to have rims repaired and back on my car by February the 24th, my lack of patience was a direct result of loosing faith ( because of the way the problem was being addressed)that even in March I likley would still be negotiating with the dealership about a problem that should not occurred in the first place. This event was beneath the standards of customer service that BMW brand represents. More
I brought my 3 in for service and they gave me a 7. Very sharp car, but tech was far beyond my expertise. I had an appointment with one of your Genuis representatives. Wayne Matsinger assisted me going through all my choices from a software standpoint on my new X3.
