A recent example among many: on Feb 20th, I arrived at Otto drive 85 miles for sales and service rather than 31 miles to the nearest BMW dealership. A recent example among many: on Feb 20th, I arrived at Otto’s to pick-up my car and return a loaner. Upon arrival, I was unaware of a weather induced 2-hour delayed opening. I was greeted by Bill Cosenza. Bill informed me that service would not be open for a couple hours given the snowy and icy conditions. I thanked Bill for sharing and asked whether there was any possibility to exchange the loaner for my car despite the delayed opening. We talked a minute and he promptly enlisted the help of two other amazing service staff to rearrange the service garage, which was packed full of customer cars to protect from the bad weather, so that I could get my car out. Bill proceeded to process my bill and send me happily on my 85-mile ride home. Bill – thank you for your best-in-class customer service at a world’s best BMW dealership. I love my 85-mile rides to/from Otto’s! More

I had the pleasure of meeting Wilmer Rodriguez who is the GM while I was walking through the parking lot looking for the car I saw online. I took my BMW wagon to Ottos because two independent repair shops could not resolve my engine problem. They were excellent and diagnosed the issue and the repair has been completed. They were very accommodating in making sure I was happy with my Certified Pre-Owned 2017 530i XDrive. A day half later I had it back. Aces on the repair and customer service.
