The whole thing was a scam. They told me multiple things were wrong with my car that weren’t. I then picked my car up and took it to a 3rd mechanic for another opinion and they agreed with my first mechanic. You told me I needed a AC compressor clutch and wanted to charge me $2,900. The other mechanic charged me $1,100 and replaced the entire compressor and provided a warranty. Your shop is a sham and I’m sure it’s because I came as a woman alone. I will NEVER use your services again. More

I received exceptional service from BMW of West Chester. They were able to quickly resolve an issue with my car and let me know about a few other needed repairs that they also took care of. I live out of state in Maryland, and they had a valet drive to my home to pick up and drop off my car and provided me with a luxurious loaner car while my car was being serviced. I had taken my car to a BMW dealer in my area twice and they were unable to correctly diagnose and resolve my car’s issue. Jay, Heather, and their technicians quickly found out what the issue was and replaced my headlights. They saved me time and money and I am grateful. More
