Bill has always been attentive and knowledgeable which is one of the reasons that I request him as my service manager. I likewise ask for Ralph for sales related questions. Also, the waiting room is a plea one of the reasons that I request him as my service manager. I likewise ask for Ralph for sales related questions. Also, the waiting room is a pleasant place to hang out why waiting, and while I may have had choices of where to service the vehicle, I did not hesitate to return to dealer who sold the vehicle (Otto's which is now BMW of West Chester).
