Extremely thorough with the diagnostics and repair. My only complaint was that I would have preferred to wait for it instead of having to come back again the next day to pick it up. In their defense, I guess they didn’t want to feel rushed diagnosing an intermittent check engine light issue. Check in was awkward. I had to wait for my advisor to get off a lengthy phone call just to check in so I could get back to work. Not sure why there’s only one person who could do that. And I had an appointment. Eventually someone else offered me an “express check in” form to fill out so I could get on the road. More

I have no idea what happened to experience with BMW of West Chester (née Otto's BMW), and in particular, my longtime Service Advisor, Frank Adinolfi. I have no idea what happened to it, but let me summarize my thoughts. As a loyal and very satisfied customer of Otto's since 1972, I was surprised and disappointed to see the change of ownership earlier this year. That said, most of the key personnel remain in place, so I'm prepared to maintain the status quo, especially since Frank has demonstrated his wisdom, courtesy, and professionalism on a consistent basis for over 20 years. My 5 Series is now entering its third decade, and it's clear Frank and his team of techs share my commitment to keep the Gray Ghost running as great as it looks. More
