Service experience was fine, the dealer performed all maintenance as expected. I did have a problem however and this was the second time this has happened at this dealership. When I bring the car in for service it is spotless, but now two years in a row the car has been returned to me dirty. Two years ago it came back to me with huge bird droppings, when I asked the service lady to deal with it she told me she could not. This most recent time again the care was brought in spotless and when I picked it up it had dried water stains all over the hood and windshield. If the car comes in spotless it should be returned as such. More

I made an appt for an oil change for 2/28/24. I decided to come to a dealership closer to home instead of going to Jersey. I was greeted with a smile everyone was very nice and friendly. My service rep guy was Joseph and he was so friendly, understanding and he explained why the Brake Fluid flush was important to get bc I kept avoiding getting it done. Plus it was cheaper to get it done there than over Jersey. I will continue to let Joseph and his team work on my 2021 X3. I had an issue when I left and he allowed me to come back and he replaced the issue at no charge “I call that exceptional customer service”. I highly recommend BMW of West Chester to anyone that has a BMW that needs maintenance. They really put the customer first and they treat you with respect. They will definitely work on my Baby as long as I have her. More

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. I was able to a very professional sales rep, Scott who treated me with respect during the entire process.
