I first contacted the dealership via online chat - Scott answered quickly, snapped a few pictures of the X5 for me, and then we quickly made the mov I first contacted the dealership via online chat - Scott answered quickly, snapped a few pictures of the X5 for me, and then we quickly made the move to text message. When we visited a few days later, and the subsequent visit, the car was parked eloquently inside, ready for us to check it out and drive away. We reserved it with a card, which they made a super simple process - we then paid in full a few days later using wire transfer, which was quick and easy. Overall a very easy, modern, and stress free purchasing experience - made possible by both a great dealership and by Scott. Thank you, we’ll be back again! More
