I bought a CPO car and the purchase process was very smooth and low pressure. Scott Gately took the time to show me the ins and outs of the car and answer my numerous questions. Bought new tires, picked up the car and they look like they have been thrown around a whole lot. Would expect for the dealership to at least give them a wash before I pick up in which they didn’t. What’s the point of the big yellow car wash sign if they don’t wash any part of the car. Followed up with Frank and never got a response, 0/10 on customer service. And also sent him a message before that while car was getting serviced, also didn’t receive a response. Seems like the texting function only goes 1 way… More
