I never write reviews but this is deserving. I was looking to get a newer BMW and found a low mileage car at BMW of West Chester. The sales rep who reached out was Lauren. Bought new tires, picked up the car and they look like they have been thrown around a whole lot. Would expect for the dealership to at least give them a wash before I pick up in which they didn’t. What’s the point of the big yellow car wash sign if they don’t wash any part of the car. Followed up with Frank and never got a response, 0/10 on customer service. And also sent him a message before that while car was getting serviced, also didn’t receive a response. Seems like the texting function only goes 1 way… More
