I had a fantastic experience at BMW of West Chester. I was a walk-in on a Saturday and got Lauren as my sales rep and she was phenomenal - I would recommend her to everyone! I wasn’t planning on buying I was a walk-in on a Saturday and got Lauren as my sales rep and she was phenomenal - I would recommend her to everyone! I wasn’t planning on buying anything on Saturday, but she did a wonderful job pairing me up with a car that matched everything I’m looking for as well as keeping it in my budget. She kept the process simple and worked with me through all of my questions (I had a lot, this was my first car purchase at a dealership). If you go here, ask for Lauren!! More
