Ben always has a positive attitude and provides stellar customer service. He helped me to identify the tow hitch for my 2022 M440ix that I enjoy so much! I’m learning new features and capabilities that BMW has built into the design and I’m learning how to use the parking tools and all the performance that the sport plus trans enables! My car was in for service yesterday and it couldn't have been any easier. I was lucky enough to work with Ben Ammar.
