This is the best dealership ever. - Dmrodgersmd

This is the best dealership ever. All the Sloane dealerships are great, but Devon BMW is superb.

We had the best car leasing experience at BMW of West - angmimm

We had the best car leasing experience at BMW of West Chester. Lauren is the absolutely best to work with! She made the process of leasing our new X3 so easy and fast - we couldn’t believe how quickly we were in and out but never felt rushed or like we were missing information. Lauren helped us prepare everything ahead of time so it saved us so much time when purchasing… she really was on top of every detail. Nick helped us with the finance portion and explained everything so perfectly and efficiently… truly the best and easiest experience we’ve ever had. We will keep coming back!

Simply the best car buying experience with Alex Simpson - symydo

Simply the best car buying experience with Alex Simpson from Thomson BMW. This dealership is above any expectations. The way how they treat their customers is like to be a family member. Definitely can recommend this place to anyone!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at - SK

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at BMW of the Main Line. My family and I traveled approximately three hours one way from Germantown, MD to complete a confirmed lease for a 2025 BMW i5 xDrive40. Despite providing all requested documentation, including driver’s licenses, insurance, and a completed credit application, and receiving a written lease offer, the dealership refused to honor the agreement. While Sales Associate remained professional and apologetic, the General Manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional, making no effort to resolve the issue. Because of this, we lost a full day of work, incurred fuel costs, purchased new insurance, and were ultimately denied the lease we had agreed to. This experience is completely inconsistent with the premium BMW brand, and I would caution future customers about potential poor service and lack of accountability at this dealership.

Wanted to take a moment to mention the experiences I've - ryan70105

Wanted to take a moment to mention the experiences I've had with my service advisor, Anthony. I purchased a BMW from a different dealership not affiliated with them at all. From the first visit, Anthony went out of his way to treat the situation almost as if I had purchased it there. There was never a moment of "this isn't our problem" or "we didn't sell you the car". Everything was professional and accommodating, above and beyond my expectation. You may be able to get work done cheaper with an independent shop, but you will have a hard time matching the experience here. If you have an issue that you can't quite figure out, highly recommend bringing it here. I've been here 4 times now, to the point where I feel as though most places would have gotten frustrated with the situation, but I was reassured all the way and felt welcomed. Keep up the great work! Will Def be back.

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. ... - InstantCarma

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
