Dan McCloy made the purchase process very smooth. We traveled from Pittsburgh to pickup the car. My wife is an RN and works night shift so we had to be in and out of the dealership. Dan took care of everything so all we had to do was sign some paperwork and we were done. It was under an hour as promised. Bill Kamberogiannis in finance was also great to deal with. He answered all of our questions on the available products and was not pushy like some finance managers we've dealt with in the past. Once the paperwork was finished Dan got us setup in our new X3 and took the time to show us the extensive features and to make sure we were comfortable with all the operations of the vehicle. Overall this was the easiest car purchase I ever made. Dan responded promptly and answered all my questions. I will definitely go back to Dan McCloy and BMW of Fort Washington. More
