He quickly communicated with Dan to get the details of the previous interactions and proceeded with the same great service attitude that I noticed in Dan. The result was a car very close to my initial stated parameters and courteous service in finalizing the deal. At no time we felt any pressure with anything at all. My overall experience with the Axelrod dealership was very positive especially watching all the employees being friendly and willing to help not only to customers but, even more important, to each other. I went to the dealership with my mom to buy my first car and was very pleased. We were greeted by Steve immediately. He had called about a Ford focus that had just came in on trade.
