The lower control arm was replaced at no cost to me. This problem was experienced essentially from the start and the ride comfort is not as nice as my previous 2012 Buick Lacrosse. Billy thouroughly explained the vehicle and worked to accommodate me and my family with the purchase. He also provided a no-pressure environment while looking, which was most appreciated. I was able to correspond with Billy via phone and email regarding the actual purchase so that when I returned to the dealership, all I had to do was to sign papers and review protection packages with Susie. They also worked with me to install a tonneau cover on my truck before I was going on vacation. All in all, this was probably the best car buying experience that I have had, and will recommend family and friends. More
