I traded in my 5 year old Jeep for a 2022 GMC Canyon on February 10. I had heard good things about Axelrod from a friend so I decided to check them out, and I was immediately impressed by the inventory. I came in and met Tom and was quickly on the road for a test drive. When I returned my trade in was quickly and fairly appraised. Upon learning that I would be getting a $2000 manufacturers discount, proceeded with the financing. Tom made me comfortable through the whole process. I received his card with his personal cell phone, which was fortunate because I would be seeing him a lot sooner than I expected. More

First impression was decent when a worker from the garage greeted me and told me to head inside. Unfortunately, the rest of the dropping off part was sub-par. Chris was initially seemed “put out” when I walk greeted me and told me to head inside. Unfortunately, the rest of the dropping off part was sub-par. Chris was initially seemed “put out” when I walked in and made a snide comment about an employee from the garage when I stated who I was and the appt I was there for. He mumbled something about where the garage employee is and what he was it wasn’t doing. I replied that the garage employee did in fact greet me and told me to come in and see him. While making a face/snarling, he grabbed what he needed and went into the garage. When he came back, he was slightly more polite but he was abrasive and rude enough that when he offered to throw away the coupons I had brought in and mentioned to him twice about using them that I was too uncomfortable double checking if they would be applied. The vibe just wasn’t friendly nor welcoming. When I came back to pick up the car, he seemed in a better mood but by then, it was minimal interaction anyway More
