I recently had to bring in my new vehicle in to service department for a couple of minor things. Brennan was amazing with his customer service. Even at 7:30 in the morning he was upbeat, eager to help and department for a couple of minor things. Brennan was amazing with his customer service. He personally made the experience for me. We were briefly interrupted by one of his technicians and he apologized for the inconvenience. Super friendly guy!! From the get go my experience with AutoNation dealership is extremely terrible. Not only with the one in Scottsdale AZ, but also this one in Bellevue WA. After scheduling for a service over a week prior and is extremely terrible. Not only with the one in Scottsdale AZ, but also this one in Bellevue WA. After scheduling for a service over a week prior and letting know the person in charge over the phone that I live 150 miles away from Bellevue, this dealership cancelled on the appointment a couple hours before my appointment and worse, I was already on my way there. When I called, none of the representatives seem having compassion towards my situation and rather playing things by the book and got me stuck with no solution. Mind you, this dealership sent me a confirmation email for my service the night prior and yet: they washed their hands off of that fact because they had some issues internally. I had to make another call to AutoNation in Arizona to seek for solution; of course no one was available to discuss about it. Surprisingly, when I got there, they took my car in RIGHT AWAY and provided me with car rental at no cost ready to pick me up at the front door. This was because I expressed my anger and extreme disappointment towards this dealership management. I HAD TO BE PISSED TO GET THE RIGHT SERVICE!! Yes I did. What a nice way to provide customer service. I will never ever want to deal with AutoNation and will never recommend this company to anyone. More
