To service a "don't drive" recall, I recently went through the worst of it. Making the service appointment, or getting a single person to answer the phone, EVER, at this dealership is IMPOSSIBLE. I literally think I wasted 40 hours of hold time, and some of that was while waiting for corporate to be on hold with the dealership! If you love voicemail loops, then this is your dealership. I honestly don't know how they operate. (When I finally got in, my service technician was great. The service was fine.) More

The customer service from Rodney Michael Moore the service writer is above & beyond 5 star quality everytime I go in. They are still unable to find the source causing my truck to have a dead battery occasionally. I have been dealing. With this from the very first when I bought the truck. I have taken it in many many times with no results to multiple ram dealers The truck has been in the shop more times since I bought it then my 29 year old Toyota & that includes oil changes. More

They matched the price I was quoted online, and even answered other questions I had following service for my last o service I received was wonderful!
