I have 2021 Rv4 it was on the recall list, so I broth in per manufacture order to fix the problem. When they done fixing and they told me care was ready to pick up, and I pick up my vehicle, sit belt alarm per manufacture order to fix the problem. When they done fixing and they told me care was ready to pick up, and I pick up my vehicle, sit belt alarm was constantly alarming. that was so annoying, and upsetting. I had to bring the car back, and when I explained the problem they did not want listen to me. I had to ask them to drive the car to see themselves, when they drive they acknowledged the problem, and they fix. That was bad experience. More

I came in seeking a simple part, and they try to up-sell me a ridiculous un-needed diagnostic test. This was for a windshield wiper. I don't blame the attendant, but the whole system. Consistency in customer service makes me be loyal to the brand and this happened in the last 12 years. All family is upgraded but one thing is constants Toyota because we love the reliability and attention brand and this happened in the last 12 years. So, if we need a crew or our finds or co-workers we ask them to go to Toyota Direct, ask for Patti or anyone else. The manager at service center and his team is excellent finding solution for all our requests - not sure if the name is correct Paul. More
