The service was very poor. I came in for a routine car maintenance that should not take more than 30/45 minutes. I sat there for over 2/2.5 hours waiting for my car as other people that arrived well after me got their vehicles in a timely manner. I approached Caleb and he was very apologetic for the poor service. My car needed one more tire (the front left) to be rotated and instead of working on it, the maintenance staff was working on other cars that were there way after I had arrived. As I pulled out. my tire pressure was somehow a lot lower than when I arrived. Caleb came out and helped me figure out the issue. We discovered a massive screw on the inside of my front left tire. No one mentioned it to me after they had just rotated that same tire. This was something that should have been caught but yet, it was not. An overall frustrating and unacceptable experience. More
