Not too pleased with the AI system initiated at Koons Service Dept. Prefer talking to a human on the phone. Was not sure the AI understood what it was I was requesting and for which of the 2 Chevies I r Service Dept. Prefer talking to a human on the phone. Was not sure the AI understood what it was I was requesting and for which of the 2 Chevies I regularly have serviced at Koons. When notified by text that work was completed ; payment was requested by the phone. That endeavor failed and ended up paying at service desk anyway. A task undertaken by Brian Hastman, my service advisor who did so with poise and aplomb. There was no 13 pt. inspection result provided either. A small matter maybe ; but it was missed and I would refer to it when it came time for the next service interval. More

Honest professional service advisor. Timely repair in most cases depending on part availability. Dealership is great but the GM parts that are being used are junk.
