He didn’t even took the time to address our concerns, he just copied and pasted what we had already seen in the diagnostic report. Second, I have no confidence in your tech team. After reviewing the report, the pattern of simply adding parts without a clear diagnostic path concerned me. It felt less like a targeted repair and more like trial-and-error. Before authorizing the additional $2,104.99 for the engine control module replacement and the $825 diagnostic fee, I needed a guarantee that the work would actually resolve the problem. As you can imagine, Brian never provided such guarantees. If I had the time to open an investigation with the MVA and consumer protection on the practices of this repair shop, I definitely would. More
