I've only had positive experiences with Murgado's service department. This time, however, I withheld one star because the service tech used my personal USB drive, which I left connected when I handed over my car, to install the software update that I brought my car in to receive. I was never notified of this nor asked permission, and in the process all of the data on the drive was erased. This could have been disastrous if I had any important, irreplaceable data on the drive (I did not; there was only music that I had backed up on my PC).
As well, the software update took 2.5 hours. I don't know if this is above average for this type of update, but it struck me as a very long time.
