I came to the dealership (4/20/26) to get The Works package. I came within the last hour of the business day, but the service advisor Conner was very polite. However, I didnt realize how this would affect my entire experience. They finished servicing my car within 40 mins. Conner informed me about my brakes and tire treads and said everything else was fine - but everything was not fine. As soon as I pulled out the garage I noticed my window washing fluid was still empty and my tires still read 30 psi instead of 35. Thinking my car needed to adjust to the pressure and that it was already closing time, I decided to come back the next day and make the hour long drive back. When I got home, I looked under my hood and noticed to other reservoirs, brake fluid & antifreeze, were very low or seemingly empty. Both were checked off as good, which is incorrect. I went back the next day and a different service advisor with a thick black beard talked with me. I addressed my grievances and while he may have seemed polite, he spoke down to me asking me if I knew what the reservoirs were. That is when he only checked my tire pressure sticker on the side of my door, not what my dashboard read, and said that my tires are at 35. He continued and finally mentioned that those reservoirs need to be flushed. Conner NEVER mentioned anything about that, nor did he mark it on the paperwork as "caution" or "needs attention". And with that the other advisor shooed me away after filling my washing fluid. A week later, I emailed and left a voice message for service mgr Renji George requesting a callback about the situation. Its been another week and he still has not called me. The entire experience has been absolutely awful. Half of my money should be refunded since only half the job was done. I will also rate my experience on other outlets and never come back here again. ***** (UPDATE 5/15/26) Still no word from the dealership. I find it to be highly unprofessional for a dealership to not make things right with a customer. I ended up going to an autoshop and they determined that my brakes (specifically rear) were not at 6mm like this dealership stated, they were 2mm and needed to be replaced asap. This was something else this dealership lied about. I even took a picture & verified it on Chatgpt & Claude ai, & both confirmed the autoshop. This dealership has poor ethics all the way around, & the fact that NOONE has called, emailed, or texted to try to make this right is absolutely absurd. More

efficient and good service, how they delivered my car left many thoughts on me, great and professional, but the next day after my service i noticed that my doors and hood were all stained with grease han left many thoughts on me, great and professional, but the next day after my service i noticed that my doors and hood were all stained with grease hand marks, then i was wonder if the alignment was performed right after seen that one of my tires were at a significant lower air pressure after rotating them (included the spare tire), so for sure the alignment will fail if you don't have the same pressure on the 4 tires... it is extra and we need to pay for it, so that left a bad taste... besides that, people is always professional. I took my car to them because I had become very disenchanted with my previous Ford dealer, whom by the way I loved very much. For the same job they quoted me about $600 less. The service reps are amazing, very helpful, very personable, very thorough with their explanation of what's being done. They gave me a loaner for the first job which was a big one. My previous dealer did not do that. Never gave loners and with this second job they offered to take me to the mall or anywhere I wanted to go until the job was done again. My previous dealer did not do that I would highly recommend Bob rohrman Ford. More
