I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport from Todd Harbort. I had an excellent experience with the purchase. I worked with Gary Tresner on learning about my new Bronco. I went in with 5 questions to ask him, but he took the time to show me everything about my Bronco. We just purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport from Todd Harbort. He was really good to work with. He really helped us with purchasing the Bronco and getting a good deal. My only concern is that I had to have someone other than Todd show me all of the things about the Bronco. I recently took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu for an oil change. The service I received was great except for one of the Porters. I was trying to have a conversation with the service writer, and the Porter, change. The service I received was great except for one of the Porters. I was trying to have a conversation with the service writer, and the Porter, Robert, kept poking his nose into the conversation so I had a harder time understanding the Service Writer. And this is not the first time that Robert was interfering with myself and the Service Writer. I had to have a new battery installed in my car and I was offered a ride home, but since my husband also works there as a Porter, he just let me take his truck home. I wish that they would do something about Robert though. He was very annoying. More

We had an issue with a recall on my 2013 vehicle. The recall could not be performed that day as there was another unseen issue. This can happen, however when I called back MULTIPLE times for an update on when we could bring the vehicle back/ reschedule, the service writer never returned any of my calls!! She was very nice in person, but the follow up communication was very poor. I will never return here. More
