I also had an opportunity to work with Gary Tresner to learn everything I needed to know about my vehicle and it was a good experience as well. I purchased the Bronco as part of their Hail Damage Sale. And I did well on my trade-in and all th other incentives I got because my husband works for Metro Ford of Madison. I recently took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu for an oil change. The service I received was great except for one of the Porters. I was trying to have a conversation with the service writer, and the Porter, Robert, kept poking his nose into the conversation so I had a harder time understanding the Service Writer. And this is not the first time that Robert was interfering with myself and the Service Writer. I had to have a new battery installed in my car and I was offered a ride home, but since my husband also works there as a Porter, he just let me take his truck home. I wish that they would do something about Robert though. He was very annoying.
