Initially had an issue on the vehicle, but after contacting the dealership, and learning that the salesperson was no longer at the dealership, which is why I was not getting a response from him, the dealership is taking steps to correct any of the issues that we may have had upon delivery, so once things got in the correct channels so it could be resolved they are working on it. Glad that it got to the correct person and they are taking care of it, they wanted to make sure we were happy with the pickup at the end of the day and we appreciate that.

Jack went above and beyond to make sure our car was serviced correctly and the problems were resolved. He recognized the car was not preforming correctly and immediately handled it. The first dealer we went to (Bedford Mitsubishi) could not recognize the car needed a new engine because it was going through WAY too much oil. I'm so glad we went to North Coast Cleveland for a second opinion because they were so professional and handled the problem.
