I was looking for a new car and wanted to upgrade from a Honda to a luxury vehicle. I entered Mercedes dealership and ended up purchasing my car from this dealership. Lucy Yun was the sales representative who assisted me and she was excellent. She understood what I was looking, was very patient with me, as I was undecided. She explained features of the vehicle expressing her own experience, which helped me making my decision for selecting the car. She was honest explaining the pros/cons of the cars I shortlisted. Tony Pozderac was very polite and did ensure that I get the car which had all features I was looking for. Thanks to Mr. Kolo for explaining the packages available for the car. After the purchase, Christine went over all features of the car with me. She is great to work with. I was glad I stepped into this dealership and am thankful to the team for helping me get my new car.

Muhammed is absolutely fantastic! He listened to the features that I wanted in the Outback and found me the perfect car! He spent spent over an hour going over the car's features and taking me for a test drive. He then walked me through the service department, introduced me to the service advisor, and even made the appointment for the first oil change. He is very friendly and very easy to talk with and he made the whole experience of buying the car wonderful. I absolutely highly recommend him as the salesman and the entire dealership for their fantastic service!! It was a good experience The transport service delivered my new car In perfect condition. Their follow up was unusually good as well. All of the paperwork was FedExed to me overnite. Robert and I stayed in sync through out the whole process. I know it’s unusual to buy a $100k vechicle sight un seen. The videos that were sent to me were perfect.
