I tend to be very detailed and precise and somehow she not only endured but also was always patient with all my unending picky questions. She is highly knowledgeable about her products. Best of all Arella was extremely responsive, replying to phone calls and messages immediately. She walked me through a build, and also after several efforts to locate a compatible car, found just what I wanted. So I had my new car months in advance of original expectations. This dealer also has their process down cold - perfectly organized and efficient from start to finish. The entire staff combined to make this a welcoming, enjoyable, comfortable experience.
