I had a really great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills. My sales advisor aka the Showroom Specialist, Andy, was amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in until I signed all Owings Mills. My sales advisor aka the Showroom Specialist, Andy, was amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in until I signed all of my documents. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed to feel confident in my decision. This experience was completely different from one I had at another Mercedes dealership, where my car was hit by a tow truck during my first service visit. After that, every interaction there felt frustrating and disappointing. Because of that, I was honestly nervous going into this process again. I’m so glad I came to this particular dealership. The entire team genuinely cared and made sure I walked out feeling confident , not rushed or pressured, and without any buyer’s remorse. I truly felt supported throughout the process.
