I had a great buying experience at South Easton Motor Sales! Very friendly staff and sales people. I test drove three cars I saw on their website. No pressure at any point. After selecting the car I wanted, the sales process was seamless. They transferred my registration, took care of a couple of minor issues and took the car to the dealer to take care of a factory recall. They also put on new tires. By far the best car purchase of many, that I've experienced.

I brought my RX 450 in for routine maintenance and expressed in interest in exploring buying a TX350 in the spring..while I was waiting I was introduced to Mark Hausman. Mark took me out for a test drive and answered all of my questions about the TX in depth. I returned two weeks later to purchase a 2026 TX . Mark was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining all of the features and technologies in the new vehicle. I highly recommend doing business with Mark and this dealership.

Sean DeSilva is the reason I bring my car to Herb Chambers Honda for service. Three years ago I had an unpleasant experience at another Honda dealer so I tried Herb's for this particular situation (involving a check engine light, a possible recall issue, etc). Sean took care of it all while going out of his way to explain everything in great detail. He is ALWAYS busy but will always take the time necessary to keep me informed. And he does his best to get my car back to me asap. And my 10 year old Fit seems to still be running well. :) Frankly, it's a bit inconvenient for me to bring the car to this location but as long as Sean is there I plan to continue having it serviced here.

I have used the service department 5 times for MAJOR and minor service. They are fast, professional, and HONEST. I have never felt slammed into "other" service needs, and had their service people automatically search for coupons, discounts, etc. They explain everything my 320 needs, and get me in and out on time. I bought my 2018 320 their in 2021 and will buy my next car there. I live 40 miles away in Plymouth, and I DRIVE BY 2 existing BMW dealerships who had proved hopeless. WOrth the trip.
