On 2-24-25/Monday & 2-28-25/Friday (had to order parts) Longo Toyota of Prosper serviced my 2000 Tundra that I purchased new 25 years ago. On 24th replaced radiator fluid as protocol required. Ordered Power Steering lines (Leaking) & Drivers’s Seat Belt Buckle (Malfunctioning) that were installed on 28th. Billy Stewart oversaw the total repair process for my Tundra; Josh Astetter, Toyota Master Certified Tech repaired my Tundra & Kenneth James, Certified Toyota Service Rep, oversaw the Servicing of my vehicle. I want to thank all three for keeping my Tundra in excellent condition. Thanks Much Guys!

I had a very frustrating experience. I Called three times and my service advisor would not return my calls. On my last call I was transferred to the service director, he didn't return my call either. When I picked up my truck no one talked to me as to what was fixed and why. It was a very disappointing experience. I have bought four cars from Cowboy Toyota, and have never experienced such poor customer service. Hopefully my next visit will be a more pleasant experience.

It is rare these days for businesses to go the extra mile to please a customer but hats off to Texana (Cecil Atkission) Toyota to going the extra 330 miles. After having a 2023 Toyota bZ4x sold out from under me by Shottenkirk Toyota in Hudson Oaks, TX, Terry Sinclair called offering to do a deal online and deliver the car from Orange to Fort Worth. After the deal was done in about an hour at 8pm on a Friday night (kudos to Muriel Brown the finance manager), there were some EV learning curve issues with the gentlemen who were driving the vehicle up Saturday and they had to turn back. The General Manager Mike Grewenig called profusely apologized and offered to have Mr. Sinclair drive the car up overnight Saturday, a $250 Amazon gift card and a second key. I didn't want anyone on the road all night for a vehicle so they shipped to vehicle Monday. Subsequently, they delivered all promises. If they have a vehicle you want, reach out to Texana Toyota and they will treat you right!!! Their customer service is off the charts!!!

He listened carefully to what was important to us and found the best options available. Buying a car is typically stressful because it is a large purchase with so many options, but Tarrence made it fun and comfortable. He shared our interests during the search for the right vehicle. He realized that the dealership did not have exactly what we wanted, but he found an option elsewhere that exceeded our expectations.
