Now for Longo Toyota of Prosper! I had an outstanding experience buying a new Prius XLE My salesman was Carlos Moreles. He went above and beyond to help me. Carlos and Longo didn't have the color of car I wanted, so they searched other dealerships and found the car I was looking for. Longo some how made a deal to get the car for me. Within a day, the new car was at Longo, and by the next day I had bought my new car and traded my previous car to therm.They also gave me a very good discount on the new car and gave me a very generous price for my trade in, which also convinced me to purchase my new Prius. One other thing they did to secure the deal was they offered to deliver the car to my home in Allen and pick up my former car. They didn't have to do it, but everyone especially Carlos cared enough for me as a person, not just a customer that they delivered my new car because I am a retired teacher/coach who suffers from vertigo, which prevents me from driving on highways. Based on the info I have shared, I have been promoting Longo to all my friends and family because most dealerships would not have done. all the things they did to secure my purchase of their car.
