There was confusion. I was quoted $103. Once there, they kept telling different items I needed and amount climbed to $600. I agreed to add brake flush and was charged for it but rep talked like they didn’t do brake flush. But looking at invoice later, they did charge me for it. Very confusing.

Highly impressed with the customer service of this service department. Kacy was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. Was able to pull up my service history. Gave two suggestions to diagnose issue. Technician found other issues I was not aware of that I thought my home dealership should have caught since I just had the tires rotated the first part of January this year. Kacy was busy with another client so Mick asked if he could help. Answered all my questions, didn't make me feel like a "dumb" female which I REALLY appreciated. Gave his suggestions and I had my rear brakes replaced. Highly recommend this service center. I only use dealerships for my cars so that I know Toyota parts are used and I trust them.

Our Shottenkirk service advisor referred us to Tarrence. He was extremely friendly, fun, informative and definitely did not pressure us. He listened carefully to what was important to us and found the best options available. Buying a car is typically stressful because it is a large purchase with so many options, but Tarrence made it fun and comfortable. He shared our interests during the search for the right vehicle. He realized that the dealership did not have exactly what we wanted, but he found an option elsewhere that exceeded our expectations. He was training a new sales manager while working with us, and I hope that he acquires some of the same calm and cool attributes!
