I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours. Was estimated to take one. The only reason I wasn't incredibly upset is that I took advantage of their oil change special. When I got home, I noticed that one of my hub caps was loose. I pushed it back against the wheel the best I could but I think one of the plastic clips was broken. It fell off a few days later never to be seen again. Had to buy a replacement because I was pretty sure it would be hard to state my case having waited two days. Replacement cost was double what I spent for service. Not really eager to do that again in retrospect. This was our first service after the maintenance plan ended, not a real good impression. Service advisor was okay, quality of work plus the wait was terrible, and bring back your car wash. I even get a complimentary one at the Ford dealership, which nickels and dimes me to death. More

We had a recall that affects the safety of our vehicle and Toyota told us that corporate has stated there is no fix at this time. The recall is that the passenger side airbag might not deploy in a crash. and Toyota told us that corporate has stated there is no fix at this time. The recall is that the passenger side airbag might not deploy in a crash. This is our second big thing with this particular vehicle. Our brakes release for a few seconds when you apply them and lunge you forward, making it feel unsafe as well. This is our third Toyota and we have driven the two before well over 200,000. However, after having the Sienna and all of the issues we’ve had with no remedies from Toyota, we will look at other makes. More
