I have had some bad experiences with personnel in both sales and service departments with the purchase and the maintenance of this vehicle when bought new at your dealership in 2023. Your sales teams attitude changed negatively and immediately after they found out from us that we were financing the RAV4 through our bank because they offered much better rates that Toyota could not match with the same down payment. Later with in the first maintenance visit I reported that rear hatch would not open in cold weather and the power motor always sounded under a strain when button was pushed to open. Mechanic reported "they couldn't duplicate problem in the shop,,,, so there WAS no problem to be checked". Rear hatch still will not open under power and has to be manually lifted to this day until interior of vehicle has been warmed up. Ms. Sanchez who checked us in the service department was told by one of her associates "that was the second similar problem that week". BUT, I guess that does not qualify as a problem to be fixed. Purchase and maintenance of our next new Toyota will be handled else where. More

I had great service on my Toyota Camry when I had it towed in for leaking oil to their service center. They were fast and kept their word when working on my vehicle and had it done quickly. I have been working with Russell Morgan on getting either a Toyota 4Runner or a Toyota Grand Highlander. Decided on the Grand Highlander thanks to Russell for helping me see all the differences.
