Trust me, I probably tested his patience a little with all the back-and-forth, but he never missed a beat and worked with me every step of the way. I made multiple trips to the dealership, and every time I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Brad who helped process paperwork was equally excellent and incredibly helpful throughout all the back-and-forth. He made the process a great experience as well. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rusty Chandler, and it’s clear he has built a great team at BCS Toyota. The customer service and overall atmosphere really stood out. I’m looking forward to bringing my truck back for service, which says a lot about the confidence this team has earned from me. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers and makes the buying experience enjoyable, I highly recommend BCS Toyota. Great people, great service, and a great team! More

My experience was seamless from start to finish. They managed to find me a car when I know they were hard to come by. I appreciate that they choose not to do dealer add ons.
