UNFORTUNATELY, I am writing another negative review because the issues I mentioned in my original review continued even after it was posted. The communication and lack of professionalism remained a because the issues I mentioned in my original review continued even after it was posted. The communication and lack of professionalism remained a problem throughout the entire process. I even requested to speak with the General Manager, but that conversation never occurred. After my original review, a woman from customer relations responded as if she wanted to help resolve the situation. I emailed her twice to follow up and never received a response. It seems like the response to my review was simply for appearances rather than a genuine effort to address the issues. After two weeks of delays and poor communication just to finalize the deal, we finally received the vehicle—only to find that the gas tank was nearly empty on arrival! Even after giving Toyota of Richardson multiple opportunities to improve the situation, the lack of communication and professionalism continued until the very end. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I would NOT recommend them based on my experience!! More

Brandon and Justin especially, I felt like, looked out for us and were trying to make sure that everything was done exceptionally.
