Senior sales rep. Roger lied to my face, saying that a car I went to see was sold, because I didn't want to give him all of my personal contact info, after he already Roger lied to my face, saying that a car I went to see was sold, because I didn't want to give him all of my personal contact info, after he already made a copy of my DL. I saw his reflection from the window I was facing, that he cleared his decision with his Mgr. first, in a very animated manner. I walked up to his Mgr. Asking him about this, he said he didnt know why sales rep. said it was sold, but he'll talk to him. Lol Never getting off his comfortable chair. I walked to another sales guy who earlier verified said car to be available over the phone. I called to have it pulled up, so I wouldn't have to wait 30 min. for them to bring it out for me to test drive it, he didn't. It took 30 min. for the car to be brought up front, I was able to test it with another associate whom I asked some basic questions about the car while driving. He answered them all wrong, came to find out when I was back in the office. He made wild guesses, so not to appear ignorant, but with all the wrong answers just proved it. Thanks to all this shade, I'll not purchase anything from this dealership in the future! More
