Toyota of RichardsonService Department: Johnny was very helpful with getting the new seat belt ordered prior to our service appointment and making sure that the documentation that it was pre-paid was made clear for the service writer once it arrived and I had a service appointment. The part arrived just under 3 weeks later, which was expected since it was on backorder. When we arrived to the service entry point (after scheduling an appointment the day prior), Felix was very nice and friendly. Among other helpful advice, he took the time to let us know about TOR's tire policies that we either never knew previously, or that we had forgotten. We saw him when the vehicle was ready and he was equally friendly and helpful. All other staff that we made contact with were also very nice. We waited an hour less than expected!

They are very professional. Keeps you informed on the status of your car. I believe they are honest.. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and out with in a hour..
